Your core responsibilities would include:

Managing agency sales pipeline, specifically:

  • Building and managing database of relevant prospects and contact information for sales team
  • Creating and sending message templates to prospects in database
  • Scheduling meetings between interested prospects and sales team
  • May occasionally attend networking events to meet prospects

Supporting New Business Team, specifically:

  • Working closely with team to develop a process for vetting inbound leads coming through agency website
  • Identifying promising leads based on criteria established by sales team and scheduling meetings between leads and team
  • Note taking and capturing action items during new business meetings, while training to lead calls in the future
  • Keeping track of progress in lead development process

Collaborating with Marketing Team, specifically:

  • Identifying highest performing marketing content and suggesting new content ideas based on analytics
  • Brainstorming content to appeal to prospects in pipeline
  • Working with marketing team to launch new marketing content

You must:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communications, advertising, marketing, journalism / PR, business or related field
  • Have previous experience with sales enablement software like Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Have previous experience with Google Professional Tools (e.g., Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Have outstanding organizational, presentation, communication, coordination, problem-solving, critical / proactive thinking and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate very strong written communication skills
  • Be able to work remotely with team members across all US time zones
  • Have a computer and reliable internet access during business hours
