Video: Wikipedia Best Practices, in a Nutshell

Every so often I get invited to come speak about Wikipedia in a public or semi-public setting. Oftentimes my audience includes social media and public affairs professionals in Washington, DC, where I live. Much less often does someone turn a camera on the affair, and even less frequently still does someone put me under lights and edit the thing together. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what the folks at LEVICK, a PR and crisis comms firm, have done. The video below is a pretty solid introduction to how we think about Wikipedia best practices from a client consulting perspective, clocking in just over two minutes. Hope you enjoy!
