Beutler Ink, a content marketing agency, is hiring an Operations and Logistics Assistant. We are expanding our services, our team and our locations and we're looking for someone who can help us grow smartly while keeping our sanity.

The Details

Our Operations and Logistics Assistant will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading operations for a 15-person distributed team (and growing!)
  • Owning the onboarding process for all new contractors and employees
  • Working closely with our VP of Finance to send invoices, pay contractors and manage HR
  • Scheduling calls and travel for team, herding of cats
  • Assisting new business team with Salesforce tracking and reporting
  • Managing list of active contracts, ensuring all documents are signed and filed properly
  • Organizing projects in TeamWork, our project management system
  • Working alongside VP of Finance to maintain agency budget
  • Working closely with CEO to execute special projects
  • Managing group calendar, passwords and database
  • Helping with creation of project plans, contracts and note-taking as needed
  • Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including continuously trying to improve company-wide operations

The Skills

  • 1-2 years of professional experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required
  • Must be organized, resourceful and disciplined
  • Very strong written communication skills a must
  • Must be a self-starter who can stay on task without a manager on site
  • Experience at a PR or advertising agency a plus
  • Experience with Blinksale or Salesforce a major plus
