In partnership with Accel Partners, we attempted the impossible: to make sense of the crowded and rapidly growing marketing technology landscape. The result is Growthverse, an interactive visualization of more than 800 technology solutions available to marketers.
We designed and developed the site based on a spreadsheet taxonomy thoughtfully crafted by Kobie Fuller, of Accel, and Jascha Kaykas-Wolff, of Mozilla, with input from over 100 CMOs.
Throughout the design process, we kept usability top-of-mind. On the backend, we partnered with startup data provider Mattermark to regularly refresh the company metadata and search-as-a-service provider Algolia to power search.
