As the social media agency of record for Naples Grande Beachfront Resort, we work closely with the Florida-based luxury hotel to accomplish larger marketing and sales goals. To grow the resort’s marketing list (emails and snail mails) as well as increase brand visibility, we executed a six-week sweepstakes for a 2-night stay. Entry was simple: just fill out a short form. After sign-up, users were given a custom bit.ly referral link that allowed them to earn more entries when their friends signed up. This incentive for sharing, plus convenient buttons to share a pre-populated custom tweet and Facebook post resulted in an additional 500 sign ups and increased mentions of the hotel on social.
We coordinated content for multiple channels, including Naples Grande’s social channels, blog, and email. The combined effort paid off in website traffic, social audience growth, email sign ups, and direct revenue.

Signups: 4,182 (33% of people who saw the form signed up)
