Hiring: Business Development Intern
Virtual (US-based); (San Francisco / Bay Area preferred)

Part-time, 10-20 hours per week
Previous sales or marketing experience preferred but not required
Summer, Fall, Winter, & Spring (flexible)
Your core responsibilities would include:
Manage and build our qualified prospect pipeline, which includes:
Aggressively researching new prospects for our prospective client list
Building lists in Google Sheets of qualified prospects for outreach based on research
Using digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify the correct decision makers for different outreach campaigns
Working closely with our sales strategy team to identify new verticals to target and compiling contact information
Identify and assist in business development opportunities
Develop and inspire ideas directed toward solving leads issues with our services
Participate in new business pitches, as well as internal brainstorms and campaign performance reviews
Working closely with our sale strategy team to assist with crafting outreach language and implementing closing tactics via email and during new business calls
Research for RFP’s and new business opportunities.
Demonstrate very strong written communication skills
High level of competency using Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn to identify prospects
Be solution-oriented, proactive and team spirited
Be a self-starter who can stay on task without a manager on site
Have outstanding organizational, presentation, communication, coordination, problem-solving, critical / proactive thinking and negotiation skills
Proficient with Google Suite applications, especially Gmail, Documents, and Sheets
Ideally, you have:
Prior digital sales experience (email, Linkedin, phone)
Prior experience in working office environment, sales related preferred.
A solid track record of successfully developing and managing digital outreach campaigns
The ability to assess situations accurately from multiple (internal and external) perspectives, and help identify the right solution to prospect's needs and concerns.
Strong knowledge and experience in cloud-based programs and software.
Experience coordinating across multiple timezones, cloud-based tools, locations and departments for successful results.
$12 per hour for up to 20 hours per week OR unpaid for school credit (If required by your school)
