As the social media agency of record for Northwood Hospitality, we manage Instagram accounts for several premier luxury boutique hotels from Florida to California. Instagram is, of course, the single most influential social platform for destination hospitality brands, as curated images can inspire potential guests to book and lure past guests back.
To help Northwood optimize their Instagram presence and engage younger social users, we created customized GIPHY stickers that the properties—and importantly their guests—could add to Instagram and Snapchat Stories. According to Statista, as many as 500 million people view Instagram Stories daily—up from 400 million just six months ago. These temporary posts are especially valuable for brands, as they're positioned at the top of the feed and viewed in full-screen format.
The stickers we created not only add sparkle to IG Stories, but also they reinforce each property's distinct attributes and encourage branded user-generated content.

Our sticker set for The London West Hollywood includes a playful version of Winston, one of their popular bulldog mascots, and an eye-catching depiction of their iconic neon sign.
