Who is responsible for our CEO or founder's Wikipedia biography?

Formally, nobody. The CEO or founder's biography is an independent article about a person, written by volunteer editors from published sources. The company does not own it, and the individual themselves does not own it, either. Your communications team has exactly the same standing as on a brand page: an interested party, welcome to suggest corrections, and very much not invited to edit the live article directly. That applies to the CEO or founder personally, too. Individuals editing their own biographies is one of the more reliably embarrassing kinds of Wikipedia news story.

In practice, biographies are often the most neglected corner of a company's Wikipedia presence—but also the one that might finally get the C-suite to do something about Wikipedia. No CEO or founder is entirely without ego, and oftentimes their personal reputation is material to the company's interests as a whole. Treat the biographies in your family as full members of the portfolio, reviewed alongside the corporate and brand pages.
