If your company operates internationally, almost certainly. Each language version of Wikipedia is written by its own community of volunteers, who create articles about companies relevant to their readers without any relationship to the English-language versions or any other language edition. It's very common for a multinational to have articles in ten or more languages, created at different times, from different sources, saying different things.
The good news: they are easy to find. Open your English article and look in the top right corner for a link to other languages it's available in. The bad news: other versions are likely to be lower-quality. Smaller language versions are updated less often, and may still be largely unchanged from whenever the article was written.
For large companies, which may already be the subject of multiple articles in English, there may be not just one footprint, but several sets of footprints across languages.
